No, but I had one fall out when I was playing craps in Vegas once.

The dealers were friendly and I had been chatting with them, and the damn thing popped out when I was talking and landed on the felt like I was throwing chips out there for a bet.

The stick man pushed my tooth back to me with the craps stick, laughing the whole time.

The pit boss said just when you think youve seen everything in Vegas ...

Didn't swallow. My crown came off while eating a gummy worm and on next chew I crushed down on the crown and cracked another tooth. Dentists really suck. I don't trust em.

No bro, it only seems that way to you. You see, dentist have an extra sense that tells them when they are dealing with a nothing happening dickless, deserves to live a toothless life a-hole.

While everyone else gets treated nicely, you get the "special" treatment.

That probably accounts for that paranoia you get on that once a decade visit to the dentist. Deal with it.

If you find it and soak it in bleach, you will be tasting chlorine for a month.

I know it is gross, but you could retrieve it and clean it in the manner your dentist's office said to do so. However, ask them if you could arrive a bit earlier and ask them to sterilize your crown in their autoclave. It can be done.
