Anyone else unable to connect to wifi on Iphone?

Looks like this is a widespread issue that started an hour ago.
You connect to your wifi for like a second, and then it disconnects and the following page pops up: (this isn't my picture, but this is what people are getting right now)
Posting it here because I am getting a stop sign on the tech board.

try turning phone off and on again.
sometimes the phones just mess up for unknown reasons and work all of a sudden later...
