Yep. Set off this little guy last weekend in my backyard with the kids.



I need to do something about that standing water soon. Gonna start having mosquito problems.

I am going to guess the amount of thrust the rocket engine is capable of.

Kinda figured that sport, but what is the level of power before you have to be certified. What if I don't get certified and want to build me a Scud and shoot it off anyway.

What is the cut-off. Do you need a license to launch any rubber/NO2 fueled rocket? Or are there OTC rocket motors that fall into "high Power" categories?

Rocketry is pretty cool. My grandpa used to make his own rocket fuels and launch on his farm. I know old ground rubber with NO2 was the most common though.
