Anybody seeing the meteor shower?

I'm in Covington and it's a pretty clear night, can see a lot of stars but I haven seen any meteors.

I wish, I love watching them but cloudy and rain for the next four day prevent me from watching it but we need rain more than we need a meteor shower.

I went out for the last 20 minutes and did not see sh.t. The sky is fairly clear. Perhaps I am a bit too early?

The mosquitos are blocking out the light from the stars. Sat outside for about 30 minutes and didn't see one. NADA!

I just spent an hour on the roof of the plant I work at here in Georgia...

Been outside with the wife since 9pm and have seen nothing. Clear sky's for the most part. Just called it quits about 5 mins ago. Very disappointed. News was forecasting 200 to 1000 meteors per hour peaking btwn 1 and 4.

Here in slidell the prime time is between 6 and 8.
