In high school, I was standing under a tree at a rodeo talking to a girl and she looked at me and said "your hair is standing straight up."
I told her get on the ground and we hit the dirt. Lightning hit the tree, no damage to us.

The GM of Freds was struck at the rec center playing softball years ago. Thats who their annual golf tournament is named after. Apparently the storm started and they were all running off the field, can't remember if anyone saw it but I think he was behind everyone else if I remember the story right. Very sad.

Back in the 80's Tiger Band' conductors tower was hit during practice. I was very close to it and felt it through my body several others did as well. Mr Wickes had just climbed down prior to the hit. It would have killed him for sure.

I don't know if this counts, but
While fishing in she'll beach lighnting struck the water less than 100 yds from us. The electricity ran up my line through my rod and into me. There was no pain or shock or tingle. It felt like someone had taken an open hand and placed it on my forehead and pushed me very forcibly backwards while I went blind for like 2 seconds. No lasting effects that I know of.
Except my cock doubled in size after that.
