Anybody ever purchase from Framesdirect.com?

I bought a pair of sunglasses today and received an email from a customer service rep saying that they charged my account a small charge to be sure that my purchase would be processed securely. I then had to email the rep with the exact amount that my account was charged for ($10.22).
Just curious if anyone had purchased from this website before and had to do anything like this. TIA

Good company, but you need to know what size you need for your glasses.
Usually on holidays they have discount codes. Will get some this Father's Day weekend or 4th of July if they have active sale codes.

Yeah, I've used them. Got some Maui Jim Rx sunglasses. Same bank acct deal. No problem with transaction.
