I only smoke when I drink, but I'd rather not even then. I know a few people who went the e-cig route and weren't successful. Is there much of a difference between brands? I hear a company on the radio offering a free starter pack of theirs, I think it's 02.

If you only smoke when you drink then just be a man and stop smoking.

My wife and I quit using them . 2 1/2 years. Gradually lowered the nicotine to the lowest level. Now I only vape when I drink.

I'm in the market right now. I need to quit and I've had a few friends who quit pretty easily using a vape.

E-cigs are great. I know of two family members that have quit using E-cigs. One of them didn't want to quit, just wanted to avoid having to step outside to smoke. But both cut down on the amount of nicotine gradually and finally stopped smoking.

In my experience it's just a replacement. It doesn't help you quit at all. You become just as reliant on vaping as you were on smoking.

I'd guess it just depends on you. I'm trying the patch right now. I'll see if that works.

You honestly believe this ? You think the vapor from an ecig smells as bad as cigarette smoke? You think the smell lingers like cigarette smoke? You think it makes a persons clothing and breath stink like cigarette smoke does?

Depends on which E cig products you use. I know there are studies showing the inhaling the vapors from the heated plastic inside those products can be carcinogenic as well.

i'm down to low voltage and nicotine is very low. I can see myself quitting vapes before to long.

BTW-Here's a bad arse setup that will last a long time.

Innokin Itazte MVP20W with Aspire Nautilus tank.

You can also charge your cell phone from the battery box.

If ordered online both will only set you back like $50
