Hell yes that was justified. If you endanger a cop with your vehicle that cop has the right to defend himself and the public with force.

Unless I'm missing something here there were no cops in the way of the vehicle and the cop opened fire into a car full of passengers AFTER the vehicle had wrecked.
How on earth is that okay? Did he hit the passenger in the front?

Did you not see the officer hanging onto the car that got trapped inside of the vehicle when it clipped the van? Looked like the suspect was not done trying to flee in the vehicle after the impact.
