What was the name of the black lady that had a radio show about sixteen years ago? I use to listen to her while driving home from work in Avondale. I think that she had a call in show. I really enjoyed listening to her. She had a son that was killed by a white man. She was very articulate and definitely wasn't a racist. I always wonder what became of her. I grew up in NO many years ago and loved to watch Morgus on Saturday nights. My family lived in Lakeview on Colbert Street. How many of you remember that ice cream truck called Dairy Dan?

andre trevigne ... She was on 99.5 fm (I think) as of a few years ago ... She actually turned really bitter and I think the Jena 6 deal brought her career to an end

WWL needs to bring back Spud Show and add Tom Fitzmorris instead of him being on 3WL. Garland doesn't have a show on Fridays now, Don Dubic does it now.

Thanks for the update. I guess she really showed her true colors. I just hope that people like her can release the hate that is in their hearts. She fooled many people that liked listening to her. She got what she deserved.

Putting T-Bob on from 8-12 is a freaking disservice to the listeners. He is the best thing on WWL by a long shot. He should be doing their drive home show with Deke as HIS co-host. He's that good to me. It's back to Pandora for me in the morning. The morning show on WWL is freaking awful.

Moving the show to WWL especially after 8pm gives them a larger audience. It's all about driving ratings in today's market. It's a pretty good move for them especially with football season ahead.
