Paul is a useless jack arse. This alone doesn't separate him from the crowd, but he never hesitates to slam North La, North La posters, and North La threads. Therefore, his pointy little head get's kicked regularly.
Lester is Paul, I believe...I refer to him/them as "Les Paul". He's a comical fool, though he doesn't mean to be. He's actually fun to toy with when posting as Lester.

In their defense it's not really difficult to shite on a certain area of the country that's only contributions to the world are decent high school football, cotton fields and Duck Dynasty. North Louisiana is a giant piece of useless shite. I don't even consider it part of the state.
