Amazon delivery screw up

I placed a prime order that came in three shipments. I got one package earlier today via UPS. The two other packages were supposed to be delivered by USPS by 8pm. They went out for delivery at 9:44am. The last tracking update at 7:45pm says that they are undeliverable because the address is incorrect and being returned. This has never happened before. The address is correct. Has this happened to any of y'all?

Well they might have the best customer service on the planet out of large companies so call them.
ETA:
I've had two things in 3 years not show up when they said delivered and Amazon overnighted new items in both instances, no questions asked.

UPS has messed up shipments a couple of times. Just call Amazon they have incredible customer service.

Happened to me before. Business address that they deliver to every single day. The USPS is totally inept. I hate when I order anything from Amazon and the USPS ends up with the delivery.

It happens. Something probably got mixed up with the zip code. The post office usually works it out.

Everytime USPS has the dogfood shipment (40lb bag) it's delayed bc the lady on my route says it's too heavy.
