Am I being too picky about a new fence construction? Pics inside.

I'm getting a new fence put in to replace an old one. Here is a pic of part of the new fence:
Here are some of the things that don't look right in the next pic. With arrow #1, the bottom boards are crooked. You can see the gap on the left side is wider than the gap on the right. With arrow #2, the bottom horizontal board is straight, but it's placed higher up from the bottom of the fence and doesn't line up with arrow #1. The pictures don't do justice... it looks more off in person.
Here is a close up of arrow #1. The board is clearly crooked.
Here is a close-up of arrow #2... the board is clearly higher up on the fence than arrow #1.
Then we get to the corner. The part labeled "gate" is where the new gate will go. They didn't finish yesterday and just put a piece of the old fence there to close it in for the night. But look at the new post that the arrow is pointing to. It is clearly curving to the right. The post is not straight at all:
It's hard to tell in the picture, but the last section of the new fence is also leaning a bit towards the house because the new post is a little crooked.
I feel I'm being a little nit-picky, but with the old fence everything lined up perfectly. Nothing was crooked. And that was a cheap fence installed by the builder a long time ago.
What do you think?
Edit:
Noticed something else I just noticed is wrong. I went out to look at it again, and I noticed that they didn't pull all of the posts out of the ground. There are two spots where I noticed they simply broke the old posts off at the base and built the new fence kind of on top of it:

If you don't like it don't pay. If you pay and it stays like that you'll have to look at shoddy work for years and regret not speaking up and demanding it be fixed. Don't be nice about it. Tell him he screwed up and it's gonna be fixed.

You're not upset they put part of the skeleton of the fence inside, and part of the "pretty" side outside?

I've never looked at my fence that much.

won't the vertical boards cover up the crooked horizontal boards when they are done?

Thats what I don't get. Why not have it flipped so the ugly side faces neighbors

I find more things wrong than you do, but unless you specified things before hand I doubt you'll have much of a case. They put the wood up, just symmetrically or straight.

Why is the middle facing the opposite direction of the rest of the fence?

Sadly I think that's the finished product

Is your neighbor involved in this shared fence project?

That is some shitty work.

I think you've answered your own question. Hell no it doesn't look right. That is some amateur looking shite, baw.
I would certainly make them fix it to your liking before you pay them a dime. I mean it IS what youre paying them for.

What's with the planks on both sides?

Why is there gaps between where you have pickets and where it is exposed? is that how you wanted it or is it all going to be picketed when finished?

This. Tell them you want some consistency. They have the tools to do it right. doing it right takes about the same amount of time as doing it wrong.

NOT this. Be calm. Be explicit. You are writing the check. Your points MAY be picky or not. But it is your fence and your money.

NOT this either. He will see he screwed up. You can be firm and steadfast without being a jerk.

I notice lots of fences are done with alternating sides. I thought it was odd when I first saw it but it is seemingly becoming the norm.

Do you have a level? Check the corners to be sure they are square. If not then have the contractor start over, because off center corner posts will make for a fence falling well short of it's life expectancy. Do be aware though that just because it doesn't appear level doesn't necessarily mean it is not level.
