Yes I mentioned their kids having to take care of them and they knew how scum their parent was.... Nothing and never would I wish harm on a child....

Another manager on duty is the only one on my side because he lost his wife to a drunk driver. But I don't think he has a lot of pull as he is leaving in a few weeks because he thinks our management is incompetent. It will be my word and his against 3 girls, 2 guys, and the other manager who helped hide the alcohol. I am already on a short leash and I feel like I am finished. Our GM is the only one who can fire people and I feel like she will side against me if this gets brought up. My only hope is that no one cares enough to tell her about it but that won't happen. And before you call me a snitch that needs to mind my own business I lost a girlfriend of 2 years that I wanted to marry to a drunk driver back in 2011 and had to go through 18 months of depression treatment. So frick off. I have no tolerance or respect for drunk drivers.

So what was the outcome with the underage co-workers and the police that you called?
Based on just what you have posted here it is likely that you will lose your job at some point. Not getting along with manager and co-workers will be the reason should that happen.
Your last statement is interesting though. You made a point to counsel us before answering, did you offer the same to the co-workers as reason for your strong position?

Sorry for derailing it Cousin tino, I didn't want to talk about it but had to clear it up. Just finally emailed an Admin last night to go ahead and take me off ban but had to make a promise to not get back into it.
But yeah GolddenNugget is just a weird cat that has some serious personal problems he needs to address.

Am I the only one that remembers this guy starting a thread about how he was pissed because he got a poor tip from a customer because he brought out the entrees before the appetizers, and defended it because the appetizers took longer to cook and that was just how the restaurant operated?
Don't know why, but that thread always stuck with me. So he probably should have been fired a long time ago anyway.

I'm not sure if they have POSI Touch or MICROS or what point of sale system they use, but it's usual 90% of the time the servers issue if te app comes out after no matter if it takes longer to cook or not. Even when you put the entire order in the computer at the same time, the ticket will get sent to the app station and give time for it to be prepared before the entree is prepared and then same for desserts.

I'm pretty sure he makes it all up after rearranging scenes from Waiting. He has threads on getting another waiter fired for slapping a girls arse only to feel guilty because all the girls that were sexually harassed got mad at golden nugget bc they flirt with the sexually harasser, the manager hated him because he didn't get along with the managers drug dealing friend who threw ketchup on his windshield etc

Walt, what do you think the odds that two guys who work at the same Chillis both lost gf/wives to drunk driving? It's not like the restaurant is between you and bilj's houses.
