Sometimes I have similar sounding call signs on freq. Even when I inform the pilots of each other they will still on occasion take each other's clearance. It will get blamed on the controller.

For what it's worth, the Professional Pilots' Rumor Network PPRuNE.org always seems to publish the most details about incidents like these.
