a few years ago I was in Lajes while a little operation was gearing up, there was representation from just about each of out military fixed wing inventory, it was impressive, pretty awesome as a matter of fact, I just kept thinking, "somebody's messed with the wrong motherfrickers"

If they are going to break out the MC-130H and the MC-130J as different, they missed the MC-130W Dragon Spear.

The MC-130H and MC-130J are significantly different. The MC-130W is no more, it's now renamed the AC-130W.

Looks like they omitted the Marine KC-130J. It can shoot back now too.

Meet the KLR650....

There is something quite unique about this bike. Anyone care to guess what it might be?

It only has two switches so the Marines can operate it?

Good guess. But that's not it. I'll give you a hint. What's different about this bike is its engine.

In my earlier years I was in NBC ( now called CBRN). I drove the FOX and the armored smoke. It's just a 113 with smoke generators. They are so damn fun to drive. I'm not even sure if they still had those units. If they did, I might unretire and join one.

Runs on bad haircuts so the Marines can operate it?

The throttle is on the left so you can shoot right handed.

So what purpose do the Gators/Mules serve for Special Operations/Unmanned Operations?

Wait... Are you telling me there aren't any air to air threats attacking the other aircraft?

The C model community says you're welcome.
