Yah I'm going to go ahead and say most of those people that signed that arent Alaskans 
30K is about 4% of the entire population as of 2018.
Although it wouldnt be surprising if it was 1-2% of pop just because we do have some bleeding heart liberals up here that migrate from Pacific NW

Lived in Alaska and from the Deep South. Alaskans want to be left alone. Between oil money and fishing they could survive without Russia or America.
