Alabama student accused of raping female student in dorm room arrested

Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit Capt. Gary Hood tells Al.com on Sunday that 19-year-old Joseph Tyler Pitts is charged with first-degree rape. Hood says an 18-year-old female, also a student at the college, told police she was drinking with Pitts and lost consciousness.
Hood says the teen said she was awakened by two friends, who saw Pitts on top of her and having sexual intercourse with her. The teen told Tuscaloosa investigators about the incident at DCH Regional Medical Center early Saturday.
Pitts is being held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $30,000 bond. It's not clear if Pitts has an attorney.

So she got drunk and regretted it? And BS headlining it ascraping a teenage girl, she's 18 he's 19' makes it sound like he was raping a 13 year old.

This is one of my worst nightmares. Having blackout secks with some chick and her accusing me of raping her. Consent can't "legally" be given in this situation where both parties probably don't even remember what happened. His word vs her word. Whether he raped her or not this baw is fricked.

Or, did the two friends see the two having consensual sex. Then, come back later and she's sleeping/passed out?

That's what her friends said and what she told police, glad you already convicted the guy though. I would suggest you work on your reading comprehension.
