AL taking student teacher sex to all new levels

you may remember my post yesterday about the woman having sex with her student.....well her husband was arrested today for banging a student as well.
Husband, wife who taught at same school both accused of having sex with students

James Franklin “Jamie” Parker III, 32, is also a coach and teacher at Pickens Academy in Carrollton, just like his wife, Charli Parker.
Charli Parker, 30, was arrested on Monday after being accused of having sexual relations with a male student.
She teaches elementary school, computer class, physical education, and is the head girls’ basketball coach.
She was booked into the Pickens County Jail around 11:45 p.m. Monday, March 28.
Her husband James Parker is also charged with “school employee engaging in a sex act with a student under 19.”
He is accused of having a sex with a former female student, according to District Attorney J. Chris McCool. The sex acts did not occur at the school, McCool said.
James Parker teaches math and is the head boys’ basketball coach, as well as an SGA sponsor, according to the school’s website.
He was arrested on Wednesday, March 30 and is being held in the Pickens County Jail.
McCool said James Parker’s arrest was the result of an investigation by the Pickens County Sheriff’s Department. He said the investigation is ongoing.
A mug shot for James Parker was not immediately available.

I think I also read recently that there's some folks challenging that Alabama's sex act with a student under 19 is unconstitutional
