There is a Ford dealer in LA that, at the time, owned 2 big dealerships already and he tried to buy out a 3rd. Ford didn't let it happen and it went to a minority owner that was unproven because of what you mentioned. He lasted 2 years and nearly bankrupted the dealership. It was to the point that it didn't have shite for vehicles on the lot. The other guy now owns it and has built it back up.
