I did the 24 day challenge and started taking spark. I lost 30lbs combining it with running.

I like it. Different strokes for different folks

I have also done the 24 day challenge and lost 20 lbs and 13 inches overall from all over my body.

It's good stuff. It is a little pricey when you think of it as the product itself, but compare it to the prices of store-bought coffee, coffee energy drinks and all the other energy drinks, it's cheaper than any of those. If you buy the 1 pound canister of Spark it comes out to $1.21 per drink. Beats the shite out of the $3 energy drinks and coffees. (1 pound canister ($51.95 retail) gives 42 servings)

Really good results.

Saw the 24 day challenge was 160.

If you already have been into supplements or any workout products it's not really that far off, if at all.

Will do bro. Fruit punch spark and catalyst is pretty much all I use. I need to look into some snack bars and stuff

Yeah, as an E-5 close to making E-6 it's pretty nerve racking.

It's on sale right now until the 21st. $175 is the retail sale price. Regular list price is right at $195.

Is it as bad for you as all the energy drinks packed full of sugar?

Here's a breakdown of the MNS Products...

quote:

Metabolic Nutrition System - MNS®
During the Max Phase, you can choose from three Metabolic Nutrition Systems which all provide sustained energy, appetite control, core nutrition and overall wellness.*

If you’re not sure which system to use, AdvoCare recommends beginning with MNS® Max 3, which provides you with a foundational level of appetite control and energy.* For a higher level of appetite control you can choose MNS® Max C†, and for more energy you can choose MNS® Max E†.

All three formulations include: CorePlex® (our multivitamin), OmegaPlex®, ProBiotic Restore™ Ultra, thermogenic components and additional wellness supplements.

Not a fan. At least not at 5 am. Too tart for me. I've tried it, orange, fruit punch and pink lemonade. Fruit punch ftw...lol

I can see your point about that...

I've tried them all EXCEPT fruit punch. LOL
The mango/strawberry is good also.

We're just finishing up a tub of grape. It's ok. Like a couple others better though.

I do find that it's affect is less than when I first started. I take it 3 times a day. Hope I'm not just getting accustomed to it and it won't work the same

The nighttime recovery is awesome after a long run.

People rave about catalyst and spark but neither ever have any real effect on me. Well, a little boost from spark but no effect at all from catalyst.

4D Clean Energy is a much better drink supplement.
