Actually no... This was 11/7/15... Last year was the appeal... This is the fact that the appeal has been granted

He may be guilty, but the case against him and his defense were both shitty.

He is guilty IMO but there wasn't close to enough proof to convict him.

This. For some reason though, Adnan won't just turn over on Jay. If I was him, I'd be screaming from the rooftops "Jay killed Hae..." There's something else there.

It was kinda some bullshite they used to convict him, but in my opinion, they did what they had to do to put a guilty guy in jail.

I have been listening to Undisclosed. I'm on like episode 11.

Hear me now and believe me later: Adnan is innocent. He just is. I was very skeptical at first, but it's clear the cops and the prosecutors zeroed in on him immediately and molded the evidence to fit their theory. Alibi witnesses were ignored. The cell tower evidence was complete bullshite. The evidence of lividity in Hae's body conclusively establishes it could not have happened when and how Jay says it did.

Jay had at least 6 different versions of what happened. He and Jenn Pusateri originally served up Adnan for the Crimestoppers money. Later he wanted to back off, but he was threatened with being charged with capital murder if he didn't testify.
