Might not be your issue, but this is a good time to reiterate to yall to go figure out what capacitor your AC unit (s) use and go order one. May cost $15-20.
Many times this is your issue and it is a fairly quick fix, providing you know a bit of maintenance, etc.

At that point, you need to switch hotels to get more credit for different stays.

I thought I was the only one that did that kind of shite...I have been known to check out of the same hotel every morning and back in every night....

Turn it on heat for 10 minutes to thaw everything out. Most likely due to a freon leak and/or insufficient air flow, so check/change filter and it should cool until Monday. Not sure what you keep the AC turned to, but if it's 60 or something ridiculously low it could freeze up easily too, don't turn it below 72.

I had a similar issue last year. My outside unit was making a God awful squeal and was getting extremely hot. Took off the cover over the capacitor and wiring. Noticed the capacitor had gone bad (in my case there was this oil/grease looking stuff covering everything). A trip to the store and 40$ later for a new capacitor...cool air and running just fine. It's an easy cheap fix to give a shot.

Could just be a dirty air filter.

Your compressor is obviously running with the ice forming.

I've had to call Kelly Scott on weekends before. He'll walk you through a couple of things to see if you really need someone to come out. 225-275-2665

Is your filter clean? First question you'll get. Seriously, is it? Your compressor is running, otherwise the line wouldn't freeze. Like someone stated above, you have one of two issues....insufficient airflow (dirty filter, dirty evaporator coil, dirty condenser coil or a motor out) or you're low on refrigerant and have a possible leak.

Turn on your "fan" only on the tstat to de-ice the system. Do not put the system into cooling mode. If you haven't changed your filter in months (or years), change it and see what happens.

Also, just so you know, when you see your line frozen outside, that means the evaporator coil in your attic or closet is a solid block of ice, too. You need to run the system in the fan mode to melt that block of ice to get the airflow again.
