How long do you think they stress thinking about their clothes and general appearance for the show?

Seems to be carefully contrived. "I want to look good but want to make it look like Im just out running errands."

I wait for nurse's opinion.

You would think they have an assistant or stylist worry about that for them.

Especially the ones that have reached some level of success.

I'd flip my slooge on her forehead then flop my semi-hard wet noodle in her snatch

Real talk, seems like they always make money on the flip, have they ever Flopped?

only thing I want to know is how a school teacher and dental hygienist can have a budget of $800,000.

I'm not some big tv fan but I've watched a couple episodes, and they usually make a pretty good chunk. Never seent em lose money.

House Hunters

This show requires that you have lived in your house for 3-6 months before they start filming. So one of the three homes they are "looking at" is already theirs... it is all just show.

Even knowing that I still will watch an episode of the international version of it is in Eastern Europe. Helps me reminisce of a few months in my mid twenties spent with a tall blond in Bucharest.

Nicole Curtis is a truly hot Michigan homegirl.

IWHI Repeatedly!

I do not care for her taste in real estate but would love a real taste of her!

As for the "buyers" on these shows, no doubt they stress far more about their makeup and wardrobe than the value of the investment they are making.

I have yet to see one instance where they have actually stayed within their stated budget!

Stacy, you said your max budget was $250k but this $400k home has the colors you like.

We'll take it Ms Agent!

As a retired broker, I can promise you it doesn't work like that!
