It's amazing to think a god fearing person like Tebow was a teammate and QB for this guy. I know you don't have to like a teammate, relate to them, or even speak to them outside of football, but good lord what a variation in personal life choices.

Hard to say. It really seems to be a lifestyle thing for him. Don't forget that he was investigated for a shooting in Florida when he was 17 years old.
