If a woman at the grocery store buys $80 worth of food using food stamps and then buys $150 worth of beer, liquor, and cigarettes using cash, and finally loads that food and alcohol into a brand new Cadillac Escalade, then why does she need food stamps in the first place?

What if she purchased food on someone else's behalf using his or her food stamps, and then she purchased everything else and got into her escalade because she's independently wealthy.
