I'm with you OP. That guy is a piece of garbage and a complete a-hole for driving around with a trailer of gravel flying out.

For all you dumbasses asking how I don't know that the gravel is bigger than the holes in the grating, the holes were hung (as you can see in the picture) and it's just a 1/2 yard of gravel dumped in the trailer.
Here is the shocker....
Gravel breaks into smaller pieces and I'm pretty sure there is quite a bit of whole pebbles and partial pieces in that pile that will fit through the grating.

I'm with OP. I've had to replace a windshield due to an uncovered gravel truck bouncing missiles all over the highway. You don't always see what they're carrying until they hit a small bump and the shrapnel begins to fly.
