Thats the plan. May be a bad one but it is the plan. I actually have a cut date so whatever weight im at on that date is gonna be where I start cutting.

If you try to gain 25 pounds and then drop ten in 90 days you are going to come in at a lot higher bodyfat than you are now.

Gonna start cutting 3 weeks out. I can do that. A little over 3 lbs a week is not that bad.

So instead of Fantasy Football, this year me and my friends decided to do Fantasy(or reality) get ripped.

I would never do this before football season...if I were eating celery sticks and drinking Michelob Ultra on Sundays I would uppercut myself.

He picked the absolute worst time to start this shite show. LSU starts in a week...

He at least is admitting it's a bad plan. I'm interested to see what he can get done tho.

OP, how many days a week are you working out?

Yep, every 4th month we do 1500 minutes of cardio in 30 days, bike or running the only allowed cardio.

We have a community spreadsheet that you have to update everyday. So if you get drunk and blow off the next day (it happens) you have to do 100 minutes just to hold serve. Its not easy.

He would not gain 15 pounds of pure muscle even on PED's.

Yes, I actually own a gym and used to be a collegiate strength coach. I was not fat but no where close to where I have been in the past. Im doing a variation of Rippetoes Starting Strength model.

there isn't really a harder sell than an overweight gym owner trying to sign up clients.
