Come back and talk to me once you have a kid. Until then, you cannot comprehend what a parent will do to protect their kid.

Uh yes. And it's a felony on a minor. Wtf kind of retarded question is that.

WTF kind of uninformative answer is that? It's illegal to touch a minor on the chin? On the leg? It's illegal to say things about a minor or tell a minor something sexual even though no actual sexual act is committed?

So, if she were your daughter, you wouldn't mind a 67 year old man feeling her up on the chins and thighs?

Another, amazing logical leap. I would react very badly, however, I don't think he committed a crime that should result in his loss of freedom.

If this was my daughter I could save them the trouble of a prosecution if they would just give me a few minutes with him alone.

Yes, if a jury would convict me, which I don't think they would.

Kill someone who was inappropriate but didn't actually cause harm to your child thereby depriving your child of growing up with her father...well thought out.

Many here defended Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson when he says that's the ripe age to marry & mold a young women.

I think they'd convict you if the guy only touched your daughter on the chin and he said what was reported. He didn't have sex with her. Dude's a freak but a jury would convict you for killing him for what he did.

The problem that I have with this type of attitude is that you wouldn't actually be protecting your kid. You would be taking your kids' father away from them by performing an action that wasn't necessary to protect your kid in the first place.

Yes. Hence the charges and the fact the judge denied bail. Do you even law bro?

Well, he's got to learn some way. I would probably prefer the public ridiculing him and a solid punch to the face, but the law has determined two felony accounts to be sufficient. It seems excessive, but when he's bothering her throughout the whole flight with her clearly not wanting any of the attention, who knows what might have happened on a longer flight? Blech.

There is also the fact that the Feds have an interest in dropping the hammer on dipshites who act like this on flights.

He was rubbing her leg and upper thigh...that's definitely harassment.
