A while back I calculated the dose based on the mg of the pills, bought some 1 cc syringes, then figured out how many drops in the correct dose. 4 or 5 drops is all you need. Just hold the dropper high enough above your tongue so you can see each drop fall, or drop into a spoon.
To prevent headaches the first couple times you use it, just do 2 drops the first day, skip a day then do 3, then skip a day and jump to 4 or 5 drops. And every other day is probably sufficient for most.

Be careful here, guys. There has seemingly been a lot of shady stuff going on lately with these peptide websites.

They have been all good - other SARMS and Peptides companies dispariage each other to draw people to their own sites. Pinnacle is also very good, SARMSX is another. Use one of the three

I'm well aware of the competitive games that are played by the peptide companies. Evolution is rather notorious for posting bogus reviews on the Internet - not here, actual sites that are specific to the nature of peptide use.
The security site link I provided showing malware on Evolution's site has no skin in the peptide game. I was just giving an honest warning to those who use Evolution's site.
