3rd shooting in 1hr and 1/2....Victim reportedly shot on St. Vincent de Paul Dr.

The less our sorry excuse for a mayor does, the more emboldened the criminals become. Reminds me of another large Louisiana city with the exact same scenario. At least our two villages can be certain we haven't lost our idiots. Statues, blighted properties and abandoned cars. Remove those and crime goes away. Morons.
