Well they already got Frey, and they can have Henley for all I care. Just leave Joe Walsh out of this.

after reading, they are allowing forgiveness to the wind turbine companies for eagles that are killed by machinery or flying into towers and turbines. I can't see a fault in this. So we should halt progress for animals? Unless it's in a reserve I say blow baby blow.

that's what I am thinking. So the negative to a turbine is birds may fly into it?

Just need to work on things to keep eagles away.

If I kill an eagle it's a federal offense. If the green energy industry which is Obama's pet kills 5000+ eagles a year, so be it.

I can promise the towers I build do not kill as many birds as people think.

If I kill a person it's a capitol offense, if a person dies in a wreck is it still a capitol offense?

In the past wind famrs have been fined for accidental deaths. Most business have been and can get finded for what would be considered accidental deaths of animals.

federal wildlife officials are cracking down on wind farms caught killing bats and birds.

Meh, I'm assuming the permits will have some sort of cost attached to them. If the money from the permits is used to support and conserve eagle habitats, sure, let this happen. However, there should be some type of monitoring that exists to make sure there is not an over-the-top killing of the birds.

I do find it interesting that this is coming up with green energy. There is no way in hell this kind of permit would be granted to an O&G company if eagles died from flying into drilling platforms.

This is the issue. There is clear favoritism being played for companies owned and operated by those with power in the Democratic party by a democratic regime.

Before it starts blah blah blah Cheney blah blah Bush blah blah Koch brothers yadda yadda. It's both parties which have a distinct favoritism given to American royalty, which makes Trump getting the GOP nod glorious. I hope he wins the General not because I agree with him, but because it would mean four years of a non partisan president, which is desperately needed in this country.
