Dallas $98
Atlanta $126 (Frontier at $48)
Austin $146
Tampa $146
San Antonio $166

FLL is at $226 roundtrip on Southwest, Spirit is at $87 and delta/united around $184

NYC is at $197 on United or Delta nonstop to Newark, JFK or Laguardia, $215 on Southwest with a stop. Looks like they got rid of the Newark-New Orleans nonstop

It's for a roundtrip. Looks like most flights leave on a Tuesday, wednesday, thursday or saturday with returns most days of the week. Excludes christmas, but goes up until first week of february

google flights for Jan 9-11

Gotcha. A friend is getting married in NYC day after Christmas, so we're flying up Christmas Day. Cheapest day to come home was New Year's Day, so that's what we did. $288 on Delta into JFK, nonstop.

$288 for the roundtrip over christmas? That's pretty good actually. It's at $308 to jfk for those dates right now

Yea, I booked two weeks ago. It was Over $300 about two months ago, so I rolled the dice and waited a little hoping it would drop. Got lucky and seemed to have caught the bottom.

Leaving on Sunday Feb 7th is the problem since it's the sunday before mardi gras. It's $157 for a one-way if you left on the 5th or $146 if you left on the 8th, but that sunday is at $255 with a connection. All the nonstops from MSY-MCO are sold out for that sunday already it looks like
