Not there yet. Maybe by Mardi Gras.

I'm also gonna need some socks I can pull up to my knees like all the crossfit people.

Well what was your results? Weight loss, gain, body fat loss?

I didn't lose much weight, as I've been working out pretty hard for a few years. This year I've just quantified it better. I am 6' 4" and started the year at 207 and ended the year at 203. I've always been fairly lean but now I'm almost as leaned out and cut as I feel I want to be and still be healthy- at around 9%.

Where are the squats? and where is the gymnastics training?

Agreed. The running, hiking, racquetball have served for most of my leg workouts, though I did hit the box jumps pretty hard on my weight training days.

and why would you run so much? were you being chased by a dog or something? WHy not do sprints or prowler pushes?

I dunno. I've always enjoyed cardio and the challenge of moderate/longer distance running. I will look to incorporate more sprints this year.

what you bench?

I don't know my single rep max but I can bench 225 of free weight anywhere from 4-6 times without a spot. I lift because I don't want to be have the physique of a pipe cleaner but don't but the same focus on it that I have my cardio. Admittedly, this is something I need to work harder at.

Where are you going to do this? Where would you purchase this? Most if not all gyms dont have an open field and a prowler to do this. It's an awesome workout, but completely impractical to even suggest.

Any respectable gym with a crossfit population has this.

My gym has one indoors.

Wow Man, that's quite an accomplishment.

So how much weight loss was combined with that, if that was one of your goals, and how were your change sin strength? Lifts starting at and going to where?

Snap fitness 2 miles from house. Has a 35 yard long room with prowler in it...astroturf floor. It's what I call the pain room.

At home that is where. and plenty of places online sell them. Start with the original elitefts or try rouge. Its not impractical.
