It might help if you clarified what I misunderstood. It sounds like you support shooting up random police until all police get their act together. What exactly was your point? Did these cops deserve getting killed?

Ok, so let's just kill all the police. That will solve it. For the sake if our planet, I hope you're a troll and not really this stupid.

Every day police abuse and kill innocent people, and their brothers in blue just stand by and do all they can to cover up their crimes.

I said it was terrible and offered a suggestion on how to possibly make these killings happen less, how does that make you think I support shooting up random police officers?

My point is that most of this country has a "frick the police" attitude because a large percentage of cops harass people, use excessive force and abuse their powers in a number of different ways. If they stopped doing that the attitude towards cops would change and terrible killings like this would decrease.

Pussies.

I will be curious to see who gets the blame for this one in the press (mental health, drugs, gun manufacturers, ect.).

Wrong. Most of the OT maybe. Probably most of the people you hang out with as well. But I assure you, 51% of the entire population doesn't feel that way.

You literally are making things up right now. Define large percentage. This should be interesting.

You said a large percentage. I think he's asking you to compare the numbers of those videos/links to the number of police in the country, and provide proof that the percentage is large.

you accuse him of making up numbers then "assure" us of another made up number.

And I'd say it's a safe bet that more people distrust the police than not. And cops are well aware of this and are equally as jaded.

We will have to agree to disagree since there is no way to prove it. The number of people who don't like police is going up very single year and if you can't see that you are not paying attention.

I am not making anything up. I would say AT LEAST 25% of cops abuse their power, harass people or use more force than is needed on occasion. That number is probably low but even if it is only 25% that # is WAYYYYYYY higher than it should be.

Because you made it sound like these cops could have done something to prevent what happened to them. Your comment belongs in a general topic about police, and not specific to these individuals. It would have come off better if you didn't have the 'but' in your sentence after you said it was terrible. When you include that in your sentence, everything you say prior to that gets ignored.
