Most of the women/girls I know can do what I'd call "Level 1 Budgeting".

Say they want to buy a car, and the note is $500/mo. In their minds, they say, "I can afford that because I make $2500 each month". The problem is that they forget the $1500 worth of rent, $200 worth of bills, and the $300 worth of groceries that they spend every month. Then, they spend money at bars, restaurants, and in frivolous shite and can't afford the car note because they can't do the level two budgeting

Now I haven't dated anyone older than 30, but that's what I've seen over the years

A more accurate statement would have been that I don't have many friends. I spend most time with my family or at work. I relocated as an adult far from home and I don't discuss finances with colleagues. I am just curious about this male vs. female take on finances. I have always been very good with money. I assume that most people have the sense to take care of their finances they just choose to be irresponsible regardless of vaginas...

Things geared towards women also tend to be more expensive. Take anti-perspirant for example, it's the same shite as the guys get, just smaller amounts for more money.

If they are the best women, why are they still single? It's because they are not the best women

Thanks. This is an excellent example of the argument. Seriously, I just wanted the male perspective. I was thinking "finance" more along the lines of saving, investing, purchasing property etc. I have seen men (mostly MDs) make horrible financial decisions. Sad if you have really experienced women that lack basic math skills. I never really thought about women's items being more expensive eg. deodorant....but damn, now I am a little pissed. Where is the feminist outrage over that shite?

So they're too dumb to buy the same thing that's cheaper?

Do you want to curl up with a broad that smells like old spice?

A woman who smells bad has lower value than a man who smells bad so naturally deoderant is higher

Nah, I'd prefer one who knows that that's not the only other choice out there.

A little stank doesn't bother me. I've been to enough rainbow gatherings, jam shows, and festivals to deal with natural odor.

I consider myself fairly enlightened and nonjudgmental on how others choose to live....but with modern plumbing and natural alternatives available, I can't stand for people to smell like funk. That's their choice but I choose not to be close to them.

Just lovely!!! How about you?

Probably would be better if we could get this rain turned off for a few days so I could mow. Grass is starting to tickle my arse when I go outside. Maybe things will be dried out enough by Sat. that I can mow. If that comes to past everyone in the neighborhood will probably be out "making hay" tomorrow.

To be fair, that's hardly limited to religious women. A lot of women try to change the wrong guy instead of finding the right guy.

Point taken. I simply quit dating anything north of Rapides Parish. Things start getting a little strange north of there on up to the I-20 corridor. Seem to have better times with the ladies down south.
