Please...stop...doing...this. Reich at least has credentials and scholarly articles we can review, agree in part, disagree in part and offer competing economic theories.
Saying "Tim Robbins" advocates something has no more value than saying, "My best friend, Karen, says..." or "My mother's coworker says..." - perhaps less so, as those friends/coworkers might possess some level of common sense and grounding in reality that a wealthy, limousine liberal like Robbins does not.

I would highly suggest you take some basic Economic classes and learn about factors that affect shifts in the Demand Curve, both Direct & Indirect.
Though I've never taken an economics course, I'm well versed and self-educated on economics. I've read all of Robert Reich's books. I read up on the internet about economics and economic exploitation.

If it can do that, that it'll do it with or without the $15 minimum wage.
No reason not to test drive the $15 minimum wage and see what happens. The only objection are iconoclasts who actually want people to stay at the low-end of the income spectrum.... People who believe but won't admit it, that having 20% of the population doing all the crap work at low pay, makes life better for everyone else

It's posts like this that make me think you're a grand troll.
Or you're really just too dimwitted to not see your own stupidity.

What will probably happen is that plenty of the people that were making minimum wage will now be making nothing because they will be unemployed.
Whats the solution for all the people that will be losing jobs?

I don't see anything about the shake machine working?! Is it still going to be broken? They need to scrap this machine and start over.

S/he is a grand troll. Always letting it slip in not so subtle ways. But, an entertaining character with whom to have exchanges. I'll give him/her/"however yoga girl chooses to self-identify" credit in that regard.

Have you ready anything by Milton Friedman, Walter E. Williams or Thomas Sowell?

Minimum hasn't kept up with inflation. I agree with Robert Reich and Tim Robbins: a REASONABLE minimum wage increase (to $15) is long overdue.
But why would most companies pay everyone at least $15/hr when they can have robots to do easy jobs even more efficiently?

I was anxiously anticipating a photograph of Johnny #5 or the robot that Rocky Balboa had in Rocky IV.

I agree there is a labor problem in the US. Raising the minimum wage will not alleviate it though.

No. I don't need right wing propaganda. My dad gave me a copy of a signed book by Milton Friedman that he had, but I haven't read it yet.
ETA: Pick out one book from one of the authors on that list, and I'll read it. You seem pretty reasonable and I shouldn't have sloughed off your comment as I did.
