You should check out his brothers page. I am sort of in awe that people like this exist.

His mom was also posting videos of him being drunk on PDS and saying how proud she was and what a big deal it was to be on that show. What a family!

Go fund me at 19k already. Saw it pop up on my fb by more than one of my fb friends.

Those poor parents, at least it looks like they have a huge network of support, they will need it. I would imagine the loss of a child is the worst thing a person can go through.

I think it is sadly time to say, this accident was just waiting to happen in this dude's life .. I wonder if there was anyone at that party that knew this guy's background that thought it might be a bad idea for the little boy to get on the four-wheeler with him that could have stopped it ..

Damn dude

You just love piling on people

I'm not trying to defend the guy because I dont know him or what happened, but you apparently could write a book on what happened because you know all the details just because the guy had a facebook

Do they usually charge someone with vehicular homicide so fast without alcohol being involved?

Just wondering because Beezy and a few others say he wasn't drinking.

Could have been on drugs too .. something was found in his system at the scene for him to be charged with vehicular homicide .. So this is not the 4th time this guy has been arrested in 2-1/2 years ..

Yea that's what I am getting at. I don't think sober people in accidents get charged with vehicular homicide often unless it's like a hit and run or something.

Just curious about that part was all. I have my assumptions, but they may be misguided based on this dude's social media and they may not be, but there's a reason he was charged.

Why would something have to be found in his system? They charged the woman that caused the motorcycle accident earlier in the week and she was not under the influence.

I'm not saying he was or wasn't, I just don't think that's a requirement for the charge of vehicular or negligent homicide.

I do think if he was impaired it would have come out with the fact that he was charged and it didn't...so I tend to believe he wasn't impaired.

Not piling on the guy .. And I am also not the only poster in the thread .. When you make a stupid decision that costs a child their life, there are going to be a lot of questions .. Yes .. we wouldn't know most of this without FB .. which make it all the more worse ..

ETA: hell .. Stout can attest .. I am normally the contrarian... Like you .. in most of these threads. No way to be in this one, IMO

What stupid decision?

Letting him ride on a 4 wheeler?

What 12 year old hasn't ridden on the back of a 4 wheeler.

Pure accidents do happen, even to people with troubled pasts. I'm just careful enough to give people the benefit of doubt until I KNOW otherwise.

Driving recklessly with someone on the back? Even if sober this could be why he was charged.

Just saying it seems like he was charged for a reason. Not sure what that reason is and I can only speculate but I doubt they charged him without any evidence or witnesses.

Yeah if it was a family get together than I'm sure the parents didn't just drop the child off and say "see ya" without making sure someone would be looking after him.

A couple of posts on his FB refer to him as the kids godfather.
