Tell that weak shite to Thomas Davis who had a metal rod put in and having his arm look like a damn football so he can play the game and you scared to dive in the pile to help keep your defense in a impossible situation. you get hurt you get hurt but get hurt fighting

We, the fans, will never hear the truth anytime soon, but, I hope that ten years from now, some of Cam's teammates will be honest about what they thought of his refusal to go for the ball.

Here's the correct answer, and basically what most people are trying to say:
HELL YES, I would be pissed if the QB of my team would not try to dive on a fumble, in a close game, in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. I would be infuriated and disgusted.
I'm grateful that we have Brees, because among his many traits, he's already shown he will dive into that pile. He's done it in meaningless games, I'm 100% sure he would do it in the biggest game of his career.
