Fuller is doing his job as a defense attorney. Why is he the bad person here?
There's proving you client's innocence but using shady tactics and trying to smear a dead man to get a murderer off I have a problem with. OJs lawyers were also doing their job but that doesn't make them not pos for how they did it.

Fuller didn't have to tell us anything. The witness video about the second gun was out before Fuller ever spoke and the H&R video was out the same day. Just because the police aren't feeding you the pro-Hayes sound bytes you crave doesn't mean they aren't doing their jobs.

I'm sure they are interested in these things like strip clubs and whether or not Will had that second glass of Pinot at Sake, but within the framework of this case, they mean almost nothing.

Lester dives into this stuff as If Smith is shown to be a big enough a-hole, somehow Hayes was justified. The only thing that matters is what happened after the 2nd collision. The only way Hayes has a self defense claim is if he was convinced Smith was going to kill him first. Keep in mind that for everything Fuller has said (and he's said a lot of shite about Smith and the NOPD that he can't take back), he has not said that his client intends to plead self defense.

Why do you think that is?

I am interested in the dynamics of the case, not either side. If anything, I would be more biased towards smith as I am a huge saints fan. The only thing I know about hayes is that he was arrested for a minor drug and gun charge and that he owns a towing company and a pitt bull breeding company. Prob not a guy I would hang with.

besides, you were asking why the police arent telling uswhat hayes was doing and I simply said they probably are, but just arent saying anything like they didnt say anything about the hit and run or the other gun(for a few days anyway). So your long diatribe at me was really just a waste of energy on your part.

what did he do to smear smith? also, we dont know what happened at the scene so I think it is unfair to claim hayes is a murderer at this point.

Hayes Attroney just made his noise to further his career. I bet 90 % of The area never heard of him before. Hayes is guilty as sin.

My understanding is that fuller has been an extremely successful defender and part of the reason he was offered the temp judge role was to get him to swap sides because he has been so good at working the system.

Really? His client's innocence and reputation is not an incentive?

He doesn't have to prove his innocence right now.

and even if he is cleared his reputation will always be shite because of people like you, who see him as a murdered no matter what the circumstances show.

Which strip club did he attend?

Was it Rick's Cabaret or somewhere away from Bourbon?

He committed homicide, we know that, he knows that, NOPD knows that, and his attorney knows that. The investigation is going to reveal which degree of homicide, and whether it was justifiable or not.

But no matter what, he shot a man in the back 8 times. That's a fact, no matter how anyone sees it.
