Won't be attending any NFL games, my family members suffered horribly defending this country. Protesting is okay but not this way.

Please share with these citizens the list of acceptable forms/platforms of protests... forgive them they may not be aware of it...

TV went off during the anthem at my house.

saints were the only nfl game i watch since last year because they didnt protest against the flag and anthem.

honestly was hard to stay motivated to watch them and now this

well i had hoped to watch brees last year here but it no longer matters anymore, he is a patriot who still stands but with half the team protesting i couldnt frickin care if they go 0-16

Agree,
Unfortunately only players get to express their opinions, not true Americans.

JayJay why do we perform a national anthem? Follow up question why do we do it with our heads bowed and hand over heart?

You find the answer to those questions and you answer why the act these players are doing is despicable.

Do you really think they're trying to hurt your feelings?

YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. JESUS CHRIST.

You realize not everyone shares your opinion that they are disrespecting the country, right?

Because of rules beat into our skulls as younglings.

It's not despicable, I commend it. Maybe start changing things and they'll stop.

Who said you can't express your opinion? The problem is people like OP and you feel that players shouldn't be able to express their opinions. Unless of course their opinions are in line with yours.

70 percent of fans disagree with players protesting in this manner, 70 fricking percent! Protest by not attending games
