Good. I hope we dont.

The killer part is the people that advocate this are the first ones that will be saying "why did we get rid of him" when he is successful elsewhere.

The pieces are in place I think. The last 2 years are reminiscent of 2007, 2008. We will have more $$$ for free agents and hopefully healthy starters. Plus Drew is still in his prime

The Saints will not fire Payton, but they probably don't care if he finds another team.

It's time for him to go. Both parties need a change of scenery. I don't care if he wins elsewhere because I don't see him winning here again.

It's an ego thing now. He'll spend all his time finding new and creative ways to humiliate Gregg Williams, but he doesn't give a shite enough to gameplan the next two weeks, and Brees has his two worst games as a Saints IN A ROW and they miss the playoffs.

He's almost Les Miles at this point. He has "his boys" who never get fired and you hope things change next year but he's too damn stubborn to change. At this point, I've given up hope that he's firing McMahon, Vitt and Johnson. By this point next year if he stays, McMahon will still be on staff and he'll have 2 or 3 more assistants doing his job for him.
