1. Specific names
2. Retread (like Coughlin)
3. Young coordinator
4. College coach

First choice for me is Saban but let's be real here.

I didn't add a "Coach O-like" hire, because I can't think of an assistant on staff I'd want to take over.

Coach O. He'll two time it between BR and NOLA.

Matt Patricia.

But Payton will be the coach, so it doesn't matter.

1. Pete Carmichael (if we must insist of firing Sean, at least keep his offense)
2. Jim Bob Cooter
3. Vic Fangio
4. Sean McDermott
5. Jim Schwartz

I dont want a new coach just yet. 2017 is a make or break year for him though.

Unless Saban can figure out a way to stack the talent above everyone else's, no thank you.

Besides, grown men making more money than the coach aren't going to take his little angry midget temper tantrums. They didn't in Miami, and they wouldn't in New Orleans

We aren't firing Payton. There are rumors that he is interested in the Rams job.
Personally I see him sticking around until Drew retires in 3 years or so. Then he will make a break for a new team if Drew's successor isn't clear.
