Watch these old videos and he'd pretty much

everything we need at 3 tech now, reminds me of Donald/Geno Atkins

Fat Sed

All the talent I'd like just simply not the tough man I'd like, he epitomizes the man the saints want to draft and just look at the results

why he's a bust

I remember he and Dorsey were the talk, didn't know much about Sedrick until the senior bowl. I wish Dorsey would have had a brain that realizes he needs to play in a 4-3 scheme.

He would definitely go higher than that Bama DT with his quickness today.

Another wack 10/12 bust please avoid that conference with high picks!

This is very depressing, I don't know why it's this way but it needs to stop abd changes need to be made. I don't even fault some of these guys get some staff that inspire and coach better dammit I don't even think Ellis even gave a frick to be honest.

20th Brandin Cooks WR Oregon State
15th Kenny Vaccaro SS Texas
24th Cameron Jordan DE California
28th Mark Ingram RB Alabama

32nd Patrick Robinson CB Florida State
14th Malcolm Jenkins DB Ohio State
7th Sedrick Ellis DT USC
27th Robert Meachem WR Tennessee
2nd Reggie Bush RB USC
13th Jammal Brown T Oklahoma
18th Will Smith DE Ohio State

6th Johnathan Sullivan DT Georgia

disappointment by many standards, far from a "bust"

I agree tgat Dorsey shouldve went to a 4-3 team as soon as he could. Much better suited for the 3 imo

I thought hed be a qb nightmare

Our super bowl year Sedrick Ellis had a pretty damn good season, and in 2010 I felt he had earned a pro bowl nod over Jay Ratliff with 44 tackles, 6 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. Other than those 2 years he was pretty average though, pretty much not worth the 1st round selection but definitely not a bust

He could have been great, he showed some flashes. I just seriously doubt he cared about football and it showed up in his technique and play. My memory of Sed is him being consistently tired and being blown off the football. He had poor conditioning and that falls on the coaches (Bill Johnson). I would have like to kept coach Ed Oregon after '08 I feel he would have had the motivation with O lighting a fire under his arse.

Just to be clear, are you saying the bolds are the non-busts?

It is funny the amount of hype surrounding both players and how they were sure fire can't miss DTs; yet Sed is out of the league & I think Dorsey is a back-up DE in SF.

Yes these are the draft picks I liked. None are as good as I'd liked then to be but they are fine with me also counting Jenkins.

Jenkins should have never been switched in 1st place.

Now if you don't like Cooks, Meachem is another story. Simply everything he was not in collge with no desire to be great. Typical traits we look for.

So Bush isn't a bust, but Cooks year 2 is?

Your open disdain for him is hilarious and all, but its getting to the point where I think he stole your gf while shopping at a a Rouse's and not you thinking cooks is a disappointment.

Bush helped win a SB

By y'all standards he was a success

Bush is OK Cooks is not. Cooks is pretty much the WR him right now

He had one year of high level play, the before and after was poor to mediocre. I have no problem calling him a bust.
