Saints win and Falcons loss makes it a 3-way tie. Tie-breaker goes to the Bucs right now (3-1 head to head to head), but a Saints win vs. Atlanta ties them.
My answer is that would be about the icing on the cake. No playoffs, worse draft pick, and harder schedule.

My real, legitimate concern is that since the teams the Saints are playing have hung it up for the year, the defense starts to resemble a real NFL defense.
Then, Payton "stays the course" and doesn't make substantial changes.
Then we get to go through this fiasco again next year.
