I watch the draft every year and Kiper is always on there spilling his stupid shite and hes wrong pick after pick after pick. Sorry you are not going to change my opinion on him.

I would be ecstatic, I'm on this kid's bandwagon. He isn't the fastest but plays aggressive, has size, and has a knack for making big plays. If he can't make it at outside cb, I feel like he would fit perfect in our scheme as a nickel that blitzes occasionally (which he has a lot of highlights on blitzes)when we play loaded line formations.

I've gone to watching the NFL Network. Although Dieon Sander's stich is annoying.

I flipped back and forth last year, Dion is annoying but at least Mayock has a brain and knows his shite.

to me the draft simulators have been a lot more fun to do this year.

I've glanced at Kiper and McShay's mocks some but didn't think much about them after I read them.

Hey Blues at this time last year Kiper got a grand total of 0 picks correct, and missed on each pick by an average of 19 draft spots.

I'm no Kiper apologist. In fact, personally I don't like or really follow what he or McShay says. Kiper has a documented record of success nonetheless.

offshoot thread/ Who do you follow or which draft sites do ya find best?

Yeah, I like watching him during the draft and combine.

Chris Berman and Mel Kiper are terrible. I'm okay with McShay and some of the guys they bring on in the later days like Golic and Tom Jackson.

Is this Ray Lewis' first year at the draft? He may actually stab someone. It's always a valid concern when he's in the room.

They all suck really but I check Walters and FF Toolbox more than the rest of them.

As far as people the two best I've seen is Jason Boris & Rick Gosselin. Those dudes are money!

A VA tech CB? Havent heard much about him. According to Mcshays mock Verret is still available. Is he low on the saints radar?

In some rankings Verret is ahead of Fuller and in some its the other way around. I personally think they are about what and what. I wouldn't mind having either one of them.

Never heard of it. Just checked one of their writer's drafts and it's pretty awful:
quote:

27. NO: Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri*
The Saints' inability to pass rush effectively really hurt their defense last year. Ealy definitely belongs in the first round.

I hate seeing players get hurt, but I really didn't want Will Smith on the field last year.

I should have known he could do just as much damage on the sideline.

Poor secondary...guys...whatever their names are.

This is why I get upset with the mockers because it's clear 90% of these guys don't know jack shite and just regurgitate something they've seen elsewhere.

Think for your god damn self! And do your fricking research.

I have no issue with taking a pass rusher. I have a HUGE issue wit the reasoning these guys give for taking one. We finished 4th in sacks for christ's sake. How fricking hard is it to look up sack totals when seeing if a team lacked a pass rush!

Its just certain writers they have that are good.
The main two on there that are good is Ben Standig & Forrest Long. But a lot of the others are retarded.

I think some would say Fuller is a better cover 2 prospect while Verrett is better in man to man schemes, especially when lined up inside at nickle.
