It's not the number of misses, it seems he's always missing when the game is on the line. (This doesn't include 2011, he was pretty good in NFC CG and SB).

I am sure he got more game losers than game winners.

Sometimes Hartley kicks long FGs and sometimes he kicks short FGs.
