You're right. This team would be better off with out Michael Thomas. He sucks. Another wasted pick on a horrible Buck Eye.

We actually have 3 SEC CB's (4 if you want to count Breaux) on the roster right now, but that's beside the point.

frickin Saints let BW Webb go to Chicago when they should have brought him back, smh. Dude was a solid CB and just as solid as Sterling Moore who they resigned, he was better than Crawley and Harris imo.

Crawley and Harris may not make the team, and Webb was nowhere near as good as Moore, which is why they told him to frick off. Dude was almost as bad as Crawley (though Crawley was more up and down).

I don't agree with that, he was a solid CB mostly last season with some bad plays, but what CB doesn't have bad plays here and there. Chicago signed him because they noticed his solid play too. In no way was he as bad as Crawley, but they didn't wanna pay him what he was asking for I guess, shite happens. I think Maulet was a good pickup and will be an effective CB for them anyways, so Webb's loss won't matter.

Yeah because Chicago has been a model framchise, right?

There's a reason Moore was brought in first, and there's a reason he started 12 of 13 games (missed 2 games with injury) while Webb caught the bench on half his games (7 of 14) while an injured Breaux and even Crawley near the end got starts over him.

Webb was a huge weak link. He sucked.

Dude, I don't agree with you! So, stop trying to convince me, you saw something else obviously. I watched Webb in some games and he was right there with receivers, making plays in some instances. Yes, he had some mental lapses, but as I said who doesn't. He wasn't as bad as Crawley and Harris though, and I'm not comparing him to Moore because I thought he was the next best CB after Moore. But he's not as bad as you're making him out to be.

I'm not trying to convince you. I'm telling you the coaching staff doesn't agree with you, which is why Crawley was getting starts over him at the end and why we didn't bring him back despite the very cheap contract he signed in Chicago which we easily could have fit.

Yeah but the difference is Crawley and Harris were thrust into action as undrafted rookies. That's alot to ask of an undrafted rookie. While B.W. Webb has been in the league since 2013 so he should be peaking about now so as an NFL GM you kind of know what you have and what his ceiling is

With Crawley and Harris, you have two guys that still have a good bit of upside. I mean to think that they were undrafted rookies that should have been on a practice squad last year they actually did alright and in reality still have alot of upside. Who knows what kinda of jump they will make from year one to year two and from year two to year 3. They might turn out to be pretty damn good #3 Cornerbacks by year four. While Webb isn't going to grow much more. Maybe a little in the next year or two, but for the most part what you see is what you get.
So Im going to take the guys with upside to see who can win a 4th or 5th cornerback spot or 9th or 10th Defensive Back spot or a top 11 special teamer

Hopefully Lattimore can be a all pro type #1 Cornerback
But even if not if healthy (big if of course but just for 53 man paper talk) you have,at worst,(cuz of course I'm hoping Lattimore is future hall of famer)

Delvin Breaux
Marshon Lattimore
P.J. Williams
Damian Swann
Sterling Moore
Ken Crawley
De'Vante Harris

Kenny Vaccaro
Marcus Williams
Vonn Bell
Rafael Bush
Chris Banjo
Erik Harris

If healthy thats a helluva secondary
