Webb was bad. He had the ability, and he made plays sometimes because he was in a good spot. But he gave up more than he defended and gave up a lot. PFF rated each secondary last year and said;

Yeah like I said Webb was horrible. Who cares if Crawley, an UDFA rookie, was better or worse. Webb fricked up way more than he made good plays.
Moore was far and away our best corner last year (of guys that played more than one whole game; hurt Breaux was pretty bad too). To say Webb was almost as good is insane.
