For seeing the ball on the ground in the end zone, then turning your back like a dumbass.

He would have gotten to the ball before the receiver had he been thinking. No excuse.

He should be pulled for that. Williams made a good play stripping the ball but wasn’t in position to recover it. Adebo was.

The replay said recovering the fumble gave them the TD. Adebo could have easily ran to it and picked it up and we'd have the ball in a 0-0 game still.

Team just doesn't seem to be there mentally today, all of them

Shouldn't have been ruled a catch in the first place which is what both players obviously thought. But how the hell neither one dives on the ball was ridiculous

Dude come one that is is what you have to bitch about?
Jameis is playing like dog shite and our oline us not getting any push .

Sean Payton's picking a qb he has no confidence to run his offense is the issue

Pretty sure he saw the ref signal Touchdown before he saw the ball on the ground, no?

Ball sitting in the end zone after he saw Williams strip it.... doesn’t matter if he saw ref signal td. Would it have hurt to jump on it?

The ref signaled TD right in front of his face.

So ref signals td, you stop play even if you saw the ball being stripped? Some of you guys are making excuses for stupidity. Even Williams was looking at Adebo like “you stupid mfer”.

I don’t think either of the Saints defenders “saw the ball get stripped”. If you make a tackle, look up and see TD signal and then the ball on the ground I’m assuming the play is dead and the opposing player is celebrating a TD?

For the record, I was initially annoyed that neither of the Saints defenders went for the loose ball. I’m just trying to put my self in their shoes and tried to pay attention to their POV on the replay…

Oline not getting a push? Stop by that comment nothing you say should be taking serious. Our Oline controlled the line of scrimmage. I'm not a fan of Winston but he pass solid today. So most of what you said was BS

That can’t be an excuse. These guys, especially defensive players, are trained if they see ball on ground pounce on that bitch.

Every week I see defenders running and scooping up balls that clearly are incompletions or the runner was down.

In that situation you get to that ball no matter what the call is.

i think it's bullshite that the whistle blew. players are taught extensively to STOP at the whistle so as to avoid a personal foul penalty. if these idiot refs would just let the fricking play play out, they would avoid stupid shite like this.

For as much shite as Greg Williams brought on this team, the one great thing about his defenses is they do not let the ball lay on the ground. You see the ball on the ground, you hustle to go get it because you don't know what the review may show. I doubt Adebo gets there before Ross, but at least make a play to push it out of the back of the endzone.
