Ok, as we know, this was the garbage d coordinator that led to the worst defense in the history of the NFl. Surprised he got another shot. Any advantage to playing this bum this week? Shouldn't Vitt,(since Payton was suspended) Drew etc. has some sorta knowledge of tendencies about this guy? Is his system different or just working better with this New York group?

that won a super bowl.

yes, he had some studs on his D line then no doubt about it.

he's overrated I'm sure but also not as bad as you may think.

I don't think spags is as bad as some here think. He took over a veteran D that didn't seem all that interested in learning a new scheme.

2012 was just an awful year all around for the organization.

The players were not focused at all that year and it was displayed on the field starting with that first game with Washington where they curb stomped us in the Dome.

I knew right then and there that it would be a very long season.

Spell the damn name correctly if you're going to start a thread about him.

If you don't, Chad drives by your house and shoots the porch light out.

this is a perfect example of an acceptable misspelled name.

I know their pass D is pretty atrocious, so we have that going for us at least.

ingram and Robinson could be in a for good games. Watched the 49ers and Cowboys run the ball well on the Giants.

another thought on 2012 Saints: the Saints did get a lot of turnovers that year on defense. PRob even ran a pick back like 99 yards against the Eagles on MNF I think.

things were rough but they could have been a lot worse that year if not for breaks like that.

Yeah that's what I meant. But damn, 11 interceptions. Whew, good thing it's a home game.
